Yesterday hot and long ride has some telling effect this morning.Stomach not feeling well,body weak. Guess i needed some solid foods. I walked about 500m for the Chinese restaurant which i saw yesterday and ordered a plate of pork and eggs fried rice for 20k kips,very big portion and now my stomach feeling better,back to hotel pack up and ready to start the ride,but not without making myself a cup of hot coffee first. The sun is already burning by the time i kicked my first pedal at 9.30am.Still on their National Road 13,I reminded myself to take it easy today as I already done 3 days of tough rides.no hurry no target and enjoy the ride today.I did not stop for lunch but bought some camping stuffs anticipate of camping today. The weather started with hot sun but l felt for the 1st time some refreshing wind were blowing from every directions,this somehow neutralise the effect from the sun.By 3.30pm,I spotted the campsite at the top of a rolling hill, I spread out my groundsheet started cooking my dinner and later after the sunset then pitched the tent. Good spot as i could feel the wind is blowing on my tent.
