We started early at 7.30am anticipating a long ride today .After a quick standard chinese breakfast of egg porridge and mantou曼頭 for just 3 Rmb. Weather looks very good ,cooling and refreshing.Towns we passed are Mianyang綿陽 for lunch and continues to Jiangyou 江油where the scenery looks much better with some rolling hills and saw some pear and pamolo fruits selling by the roadside. We met a cyclist (Anchor)who had cycled from London on the opposite direction on his way to Chengdu,chatted for a while and we wish him all the best. At one of the downhill, hifi ming's one of the pannier bag fell off after a bump and luckily the car follow behind didn't ramp on it. We arrived in Jiangyou at 6.15pm when the rain started and we quickily check in a Binguan賓館 for 100 Rmb and calling it a day.
