Relatively short ride for today started at 8am and arrived in Shimian by 3.30pm. The reason is to do washing with some sunlight to dry them. The weather is hot although feel like very misty,not really good for taking pictures.Iniatially with long downhill but turned into some hard rolling along the lakeside.The light breakfast of porridge and dumplings couldn,t last long,and we had to rely on eating biskets by the road.We had lunch about 10km before Shimian.Again we had to report to local Police by feeling 2 forms and our passport photostated.Shimian is famous for BBQ satey of pork,beef,lamb sticks which we tried for our dinner.
